We have experience representing community associations before Boards of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commissions, City Councils or other government entities on a variety of issues.  Rachel has worked with clients to successfully obtain variances, and also represented Community Associations in opposing conditional uses and variances that may have a negative impact on their community.

We handle all aspects of assessment recovery, including demand letters, liens, and foreclosure actions, ensuring that associations maintain financial stability.
