Nick Weiss founded the firm after beginning his legal career in 2007, practicing civil litigation and serving as in-house counsel. He now represents property owners, businesses, and families across Northeast Ohio in real estate, family law, and estate planning. Nick is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

She holds a BA in History from Kent State University and earned her Paralegal Certificate from Lakeland Community College. She enjoys connecting with people and helping them feel supported throughout their legal journey. Outside of work, Jessica is a devoted fan of classic films and an avid collector of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia.

She brings warmth and precision to her work, and when not in the office, she enjoys gardening, reading, and exploring the Metro Parks with her daughter.
