Erin Reyes has worked in the legal field since 2010, bringing extensive experience in paralegal work, firm management, and client support. Beginning her career in family law, she built a strong foundation in case coordination and client care. Over the years, Erin has become known for her commitment to efficient systems, organized workflows, and ensuring that clients feel supported throughout their legal matters. 

As Chief Operations Officer, Erin oversees the daily operations of the firm, working closely with attorneys and staff to maintain a smooth, collaborative, and client-centered environment. She leverages her deep industry knowledge and dedication to high-quality service to ensure the firm continues to deliver reliable, professional, and compassionate support to every client. 

Operations Paralegal

Anastasia Karides has worked in the legal field for several years, supporting attorneys, clients, and firm operations across a variety of legal matters. Her experience includes client communication, case coordination, and administrative support, helping ensure matters move forward efficiently and clients remain informed throughout the legal process. Anastasia brings a calm, organized approach to her work and is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to providing dependable support to both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Anastasia enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Senior Family Law Paralegal

Haley Yuncker has worked in the legal field since 2016, providing reliable support across various practice areas. She has consistently committed herself to providing invaluable support to attorneys and advocating for clients in need. Haley is known for her dedication, responsiveness, and client-first mindset. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and beachcombing for sea glass treasures.

Senior Probate Paralegal

Allyson Jama has worked in estate planning, probate, real estate, and litigation since 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Kent State University and is a certified yoga instructor. Allyson lives in Elyria with her husband, daughter, and two rescue cats. She brings warmth and precision to her work, and when not in the office, she enjoys gardening, reading, and exploring the Metro Parks with her daughter.

Senior Real Estate Paralegal

Jessica Miller has worked in the Cuyahoga County Municipal Court System since 2012, bringing a wealth of experience and insight to her role. She holds a BA in History from Kent State University and earned her Paralegal Certificate from Lakeland Community College. Jessica believes that strong communication and mutual respect are essential to every client relationship. She enjoys connecting with people and helping them feel supported throughout their legal journey. Outside of work, Jessica is a devoted fan of classic films and an avid collector of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia.

Real Estate Paralegal

Emily Shainoff holds a BA in English from Ursuline College and earned her Paralegal Certificate in Spring 2025. She is also a certified notary. Emily’s background in nonprofit communications brings a unique perspective to her legal work, where she combines clarity, empathy, and attention to detail. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, writing, and spending time with friends and family.

Marketing Coordinator

Madeline Kallay brings a dynamic background in communications and content strategy. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with degrees in Ballet and Communications, she blends artistic insight with strategic thinking to produce engaging legal content and drive community outreach. Madeline is passionate about continuous learning, inspiring others, and using storytelling to make legal concepts accessible and empowering.

Marketing Assistant

Jennifer Weisfeld has worked in marketing, communications, and content creation across the legal, media, and education sectors. Her experience includes digital marketing, social media management, community outreach, and content strategy. Jennifer supports the firm's marketing initiatives, educational content, and community engagement efforts while helping share the resources and information that connect clients with N.P. Weiss Law.
