Nicholas Weiss, Esq. founded N.P. Weiss Law in 2020 after years of experience in civil litigation and serving as in-house counsel. He represents families, individuals, and businesses across Northeast Ohio in family law, real estate, and estate planning matters, guided by transparency and a client-first approach. She holds a BA in History from Kent State University and earned her Paralegal Certificate from Lakeland Community College. Jessica believes that strong communication and mutual respect are essential to every client relationship. She enjoys connecting with people and helping them feel supported throughout their legal journey. Outside of work, Jessica is a devoted fan of classic films and an avid collector of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia.

    Allyson Jama has worked in estate planning, probate, real estate, and litigation since 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Kent State University and is a certified yoga instructor. Allyson lives in Elyria with her husband, daughter, and two rescue cats. She brings warmth and precision to her work, and when not in the office, she enjoys gardening, reading, and exploring the Metro Parks with her daughter.
