Rachel Kuhn is a Cleveland native whose practice spans real estate litigation, transactional work, landlord-tenant law, and community association representation. She works with homeowners, landlords, businesses, and associations across Northeast Ohio, handling disputes involving contractors, housing code violations, fraudulent nondisclosure, and lease agreements. Rachel also provides practical legal support to landlords navigating tenant issues, compliance concerns, and property management challenges.

She is especially known for her work with condominium and homeowners associations, where she advises boards on governance, covenant enforcement, assessment collection, and regulatory compliance. Rachel regularly represents clients before zoning boards, planning commissions, and city councils, helping them resolve property-related matters with clarity and confidence. Her approach is grounded in responsiveness, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the legal and operational needs of property owners and community leaders.

Rachel holds degrees from Miami University, Syracuse University, and Cleveland State University College of Law. Outside of work, she is a lifelong figure skater and a four-time U.S. Figure Skating gold test medalist. She lives on the west side of Cleveland with her boyfriend and their three cats, and continues to serve on several committees within the U.S. Figure Skating Association.
