Nicholas Mitchell

Associate Attorney | Real Estate Law

Nicholas Mitchell is a real estate attorney who represents property owners and real estate businesses—including property management groups and contractors—across Northeast Ohio. His practice focuses on the consumer side of real estate law, including contractor and construction defect disputes, lease disagreements, housing code violations, and fraudulent nondisclosure claims. Nicholas works with clients on both sides of contractor conflicts, offering practical, strategic guidance to resolve issues efficiently and protect their investments.

A lifelong Ohioan, Nicholas is passionate about helping clients navigate property-related challenges with clarity and confidence. His approach is grounded in responsiveness, transparency, and a commitment to clear communication. Whether drafting real estate documents, negotiating settlements, or advocating in court, he brings a steady hand and a client-first mindset to every case.

Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Marietta College. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park with his wife and their energetic Puggle, working on cars, and spending time on the golf course.
