Nicholas Mitchell is an attorney at N.P. Weiss Law whose practice focuses on real estate law, construction litigation, and property-related disputes. He represents property owners, businesses, contractors, and real estate professionals throughout Greater Cleveland and Lorain County, helping them resolve conflicts involving construction projects, real estate transactions, property ownership, and related litigation.

Nick enjoys helping clients solve problems that affect some of their most significant investments. Whether the issue involves a home, business property, construction project, or contract dispute, he takes a practical and thoughtful approach to understanding the facts, identifying the issues, and developing a strategy that fits the client's goals.

Known for his analytical mindset and attention to detail, Nick works closely with clients to help them understand their options and navigate the legal process with confidence. He believes strong advocacy starts with clear communication and realistic expectations, and he takes pride in helping clients make informed decisions throughout a dispute.

Nick earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law, where he was actively involved in the Moot Court Team, the Federal Bar Association Student Chapter, and the Community Advocacy Clinic. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marietta College and has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2026 and 2027.

A lifelong Ohioan, Nick resides in Lorain County with his wife and their energetic Puggle. Outside the office, he enjoys hiking in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, working on cars, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
